Justin got hooked onto real estate investing in the 2007 when his father lent him money to purchase a rental in Waterloo, Ontario, where Justin previously studied for university. Thus began Justin’s journey into learning how to use real estate to build passive income and wealth.

After Justin’s mother passed away after a lengthy battle with illnesses, an energy was unleashed inside Justin.
